Our goal is to provide the best possible service. We will strive to keep our response time as short as possible. If you have an emergency, we will immediately dispatch an on-site technician.
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Labor charges will be billed time-and-a-half for services provided after 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, on weekends, and on Holidays.
Payment for services is due on delivery unless credit approval has been previously granted. We accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Debit Cards, and Company Checks (sorry no personal checks are accepted).
Over the course of 16 years we have developed quite a diverse customer base, from home users with one computer to major corporations with multiple locations, servers, and hundreds of users. To be of service to such a diverse group of computer users we have several rate plans.
Rates
These are the rates for our general services.
Carry-In Service Rate - Deliver and pick-up your computer at our Ventura office.
Desktop $70/hr, Network Device $100/hr. Minimum charge is one half hour.
On-Site Home User Rate - Minimum charge is 1 hour.
Desktop $85/hr.
Home users with networked computers and business bill-to addresses will be billed at our standard business rate of Network $145/hr or Desktop $120/hr.
Business Rates - On-site minimum charge is 1 hour. Remote minimum is one half hour.
Standard / No Service Plan: Network $145/hr, Desktop $120/hr.
With Network Security Service Plan: Network $125/hr, Desktop $105/hr.
With Basic Service Plan: Network $120/hr, Desktop $100/hr.
With Advanced Service Plan: Network $100/hr, Desktop $85/hr.
With Premiere Service Plan: Free except those services not covered by the service plan or services performed after standard business hours. For these exceptions Network $100/hr and Desktop $85/hr rates apply. After hours time-and-a-half apply.
Terms and Conditions
* Labor services are provided on a time-and-material basis, not on a completed job basis.
* Labor services are billed in quarter hour increments.
* There is no warranty on software or labor services.
* Equipment must be readily accessible.
* An internet connection may be required for some services. If a high speed connection is not
available, the cost of service will be higher.
* Appointments should be cancelled or changed at least 1 hour in advance to avoid a minimum service charge.
* We reserve the right to rearrange or cancel appointments, but we will make every effort to
accommodate a customers first choice of date and time.
* Quotes on labor services are estimates only; they are not a fixed quote.
* Equipment that we assemble and configure carries a one-year warranty. The equipment must be returned to our office for warranty work. Labor services will be billed for warranty work performed at customers site.
